Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping delays may occur during periods of high order volume.

Delivery Methods
We deliver in-house using our own freezer van. We have fixed delivery days and times for different areas. Once your order is received, we will contact you via email to arrange a delivery date and time.

Delivery Rates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free delivery on orders over $100 for frozen products and $70 for our treats.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
